Instructions and Help about VA 10-10CG

Hello this is Bruce and I wanted to do a video about filing a claim for veteran disability and this is specifically for other vets out there other veterans out there who were in the military and who are thinking about it the reason I want to do this video is because I was actually very ignorant about this process and I didn't even think that something like this was was out there for to support someone like me and if you're in the same situation then then this is this videos for you okay so first off let me give you some context about me so that you can maybe see if you're in the same situation same boat as me so I was actually in the military for about nine years I was in the Air Force and I was in a pretty hardcore job and contracted contrary to popular belief military the Air Force does have some pretty hard jobs and I was in one of them I was the security forces at the time it's called security police and it was very brutal it's very thankless job and when I was in we trained with the army the Marines the Navy it was very mixed and and the training was amazed and very brutal and very really physical and a lighter transition into cross-trained is what we call it into another job of communications and actually in that job actually went to war zone so it wasn't even though the job was easier I like calm better than being a police officer and a security guard it was I went through more brutal stuff as in communications so that being said ten years later I get out of the military or ten years later I'm out of the military and I get educated on the fact that the government will actually help someone like me a service vet who has some issues on the outside and I just didn't know any better until recently so that's that's my story that's you know in a nutshell that's what happened and if you're in the same boat I just want you to know that it doesn't matter how long you've been out if you have service-related injuries and you can still you have it you have a possibility and even if you feel like you're like I don't know if I can get this I don't know if I can get compensation for my disabilities or you know it doesn't hurt to actually just file for it you know if you have any ill know if you have disabilities so or something is affecting your job or your family okay so now that that's all out of the way who I am and who am I talking I'm talking to my first step on this was to go to what's called a BSL office that's a veteran service organization or veteran's service office and these are state

Well its a huge mission if you’re going to use a printer forget about it :)I’ve tried all the products and a lot of them you struggle with the mouse cursor to find the space to complete. How many people fill out Form 1099 each year?
There are a few different ways of estimating the numbers and thinking about this question. Data from the most recent years are not available—at least not from a reliable source with rigorous methodology—but here is what I can tell you:The most popular type of 1099 is Form 1099-MISC—the form used to report non-employee income including those for self-employed independent contractors (as well as various other types of “miscellaneous” income)Since 2015, there have been just under 16 million self-employed workers (including incorporated and unincorporated contractor businesses). And the data from the BLS seems to suggest this number has been largely consistent from one year to the next: Table A-9. Selected employment indicatorsNow, the total number of 1099-MISC forms has been inching up each year—along with W-2 form filings—and may have surpassed 100 million filing forms. RE: Evaluating the Growth of the 1099 Workforce But this data only goes to 2014 because, again, it’s hard to find reliable data from recent tax years. In terms of the total number of Form 1099s, you’d have to include Interest and Dividend 1099 forms, real estate and rental income, health and education savings accounts, retirement accounts, etc. I’m sure the total number of all 1099 forms surely ranges in the hundreds of millions. Finally, not everybody who is supposed to get a 1099 form gets one. So if you’re asking about the total number of freelancers, the estimates range from about 7.6 million people who primarily rely on self-employed 1099 income and 53 million people who have some type of supplemental income. If you’re someone who’s responsible for filing Form 1099s to the IRS and payee/recipients, I recommend Advanced Micro Solutions for most small-to-medium accounting service needs. It’s basic but very intuitive and cheap.$79 1099 Software Filer & W2 Software for Small Businesses
Why do ex-employers refuse to fill out the VA form 21-4192 for a vet?
VA Form 21–4192 is an application for disability benefits and like similar state benefits, it must be filled out by the veteran or by his or her qualified representative. This is a private, sensitive, legal document and every dot or dash in it can be critical, so must be accurate and verifiable.Employers have zero responsibility to fill out this form or furnish information for it, however, Social Security would have all the information required that the Department of Defense did not have. The veteran’s DD-214 is likely required, but does not furnish all the information required on the form.
